14.1
This Agreement shall continue for an initial term of thirty six (36) months and shall renew automatically for successive twelve (12) month periods unless terminated in accordance with this Clause 14.
14.2
Either party may terminate this Agreement for material breach where such breach remains unremedied thirty (30) days after written notice of the same.
14.3
The Supplier may terminate this Agreement upon a change of control of the Purchaser, without penalty and without obligation to complete outstanding purchase orders.
14.4
Termination shall not affect any rights or liabilities of either party accrued prior to the effective date of termination.
